Glenn joined RP Lighting + Fans in April 2018 and is an industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience in the electrical industry, in lighting, and with LED technology. “I believe that although the lighting industry has gone through, and continues to go through, massive changes that the keys to success still remain the same. Glenn has held roles such as a Regional Sales Manager, National Accounts Manager, Market Development Manager and VP of Business Development with companies including Hubbell Lighting, Lighting Science Group, Con-Tech, and Cooper Lighting.Glenn’s experience includes direct sales to commercial and national accounts, as well as architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and distributors. He has also managed Rep-Agents in the U.S. and Canada; beginning his career as an electrician/foreman doing lighting retrofits for an electrical contractor. “I have worked with Glenn in the past and have always been extremely impressed with his knowledge of the industry and the people in it. He can transition seamlessly from troubleshooting a job site with a contractor, to making an energy presentation in a C-Suite.” said Mark Altomare, RP Lighting + Fans Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “I am very excited to have someone with Glenn’s knowledge and abilities on the RP Team.”
